About the job
Acts as the Contractor’s single point of contact responsible for overall coordination, integration, and alignment with the Client’s. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Interface with Company Turnaround Coordinator, operation and discipline leads
- Coordinate contractor planning, execution, and material readiness activities
- Ensure contractor compliance with approved turnaround plans, procedures, and schedules
- Facilitate issue resolution and decision-making
- Coordinate readiness reviews, execution meetings, and close-out activities
- Ensure that HSE matters are given due consideration
- Consolidate contractor reporting and progress updates
- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Eng.) (preferably in Mechanical) and membership of internationally accepted applicable professional Institute
- Minimum 20 years of experience in oil & gas maintenance, Turnaround and Shutdown management and coordination in an oil & gas company or large contracting organizations.
