Construction Manager - Aramco - Oil & GAS

Minimum Requirements: CM should have previous experience in Saudi Aramco's EPC projects (Must), in similar position or higher with atleast 3-4 approvals from SA as CM or higher.

Construction Leadership & Execution

• Manage and supervise all construction activities at site related to Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechanical works.

• Ensure construction execution is aligned with Aramco standards (SAES, SAIC, SAMSS) and international codes (API, ASME, NFPA, IEC, IEEE, etc.).

• Develop and implement construction execution plans, schedules, and manpower/resource allocation.

• Monitor construction progress, resolve site issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines. Should be comitent in indentifying SOW VS Variations

• Lead coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and site engineers to meet project requirements. Should be fully aware of closeout procedures

Should Conduct daily meetings with construction staff, monitor the actual progress vs BL and identify the risks and suggest mitigation plans to the PM inorder to overcome the Varience

Technical & Quality Oversight

• Review IFC drawings, construction deliverables, and technical documents for compliance. Should be capable to Identify the conflicts if any between DD & Site Conditions

• Ensure quality control procedures are followed during construction activities.

• Conduct site inspections, pre-commissioning readiness checks, and walkthroughs with Stake Holders

• Adhere to Quality procedures and resolve the INCR/NCR's if any on timly manner in order to maintain PQI

HSE & Compliance

• Promote and enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.

• Ensure work is executed under permit-to-work (PTW) systems in compliance with Aramco safety standards.

• Maintain site housekeeping and implement risk mitigation plans for safe operations.

Coordination & Communication

• Act as the focal point between the site construction team, project management, and Aramco representatives.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to Project Manager.

• Adhere to HSE procedures and resolve the issues if any on timly manner in order to maintain PSI

• Support commissioning and handover activities in coordination with the commissioning team.
